Porn producer invokes the Bush/Yoo defense -- unsuccessfully

Citizens who produce fictitious films depicting "humiliation" and "degradation" will be sent to prison. Government officials who do that in reality will be immunized.

    I've read that it would be extremely hard to actually bust a pornographer of this type with rape or abuse, because the general interpretation is that the girl knows what she's getting into and it gets sketchy since she's being paid.

    But I'm not even sure if the feds had anything against this guy because of his demented past. I think they just wanted to bust a high profile pornographer and Max Hardcore is an easy target due to the nature of his films.

    The general fear here is that, yes, this conviction is going to start a domino effect with the prosecution of pornographers in the U.S.

    (also, I feel kind of creepy trying to come off as "porn expert guy")
