  A Difference and a distinction

  Heru-ur's quote from post at 7:39am:

  What is your definition of well-off? Would not "well-heeled" also apply? And, just for kicks, how many of these "well-off" women are willing to adopt without consideration to race? That, I think, was Retzilian's point.

  They are well-off only in that they are relatively secure working women. Not one makes over 50K I wager, and I know of only one whose husband makes over 75K. Well-heeled means the upper class. Besides, I work where the majority are non-white. (how does that fit your little smear campaign?)

  Since I know one did adopt a non-white child and I know him; I would say your racist slurs fall a little flat.

  I also know one whose sister (out of our league) is a big-time lawyer who went to China to get a kid. I am almost positive the Chinese kid is not white.

  And here we go back to the misogyny again:

  It is most especially wrong when women kill the most helpless and innocent because they could not be bothered to take precautions and do not want to have to "do the work" for 9 months.

  When did contraception become free? When did it start dropping, like manna, from heaven for all good and proper women to use as they see fit, with the full support and agreement of their partners?

  Are you forgetting that there are still groups, even in this country, who would do away with contraception if they could? Let alone other parts of the world where women are raped and impregnated as a form of ethnic cleansing.

  I see no womens groups (nor any women on this thread) marching for increased birth control. I further do not care what the loony right wants to do.

  I only know that a woman knows when she fucks the guy that she is gambling with the life of a helpless baby human. Deal with that. Deal with her having sex knowing that someone else will pay with her little life.

  And the final joke:

  So?

  Do not have sex if you have to gamble with another human's life. How hard is that to grasp?

  I am sick of whining women who claim that it is their "right to choose" but they mean only after the act as gone bad. It is never possible to get them to see that "their right to choose" starts before the fucking happens.
