I'm not going to do your homework for you, but here's Biden's direct quote from the debate:
"Article I of the Constitution defines the role of the Vice President of the United States. That's the executive. He works in the executive branch."
Now get off you ass and do a little work and see what Article I of the Constitution really talks about.
As for Obama's brownshirt tactics, simply google Obama, Stanley Kurtz, Bill Ayers, WGN radio, Missouri law enforcement officials, truth squad, and you'll get plenty of hits.
And you have the temerity to call conservatives ignorant, when you live in your own little sheltered echo chamber, ignorant of all that doesn't comport with your preconceived prejudices.
I'd laugh, but it's people like you, voting their ignorance, that makes things so scary.
