Stocks plummeted Thursday, with the Dow plunging around 345 points as mixed retail sales, lower oil prices and dour labor market readings amplified worries about a global economic slowdown.
See there? Republican economic policies, working exactly as expected. Badly.
Any word from Palin on how she'd clean up after Deficit Dubya's massive fiscal irresponsibilities? She's up for a national economic meltdown, isn't she?
I caught you doing partial quotations last time, and here you do it again.
You left out this part of the CNN report: "The concerns overshadowed a better-than-expected sales report from Wal-Mart Stores and surprisingly strong readings on productivity and the services sector."
Wouldn't support your thesis, though. Also the fact that the US economy grew by 3.3% in the second quarter.
Oh, well, back to popping zits in front of the mirror for you.
I doubt that HornetDriver uses CNN for his "real reason" source very often.
Indeed. Pubs so rarely have any use for facts of any kind. Facts can be such inconvenient things that just get in the way of Catapulting the Propaganda.
All while showing US troops handing over Anbar to the Iraqi army, of captured documents from al Qaeada in Iraq begging for help from Osama because they were being crushed by the Americans, of Iraqis with purple fingers after voting ...
So, tell me: When are they going to win back the lives of those 4154 [and still ticking away] dead U.S. soldiers, and the > $1 trillion we've wasted there? When are we going to "break even" (much less "win")?
And why aren't you over there taking an IED in the chest for Dubya?
Cheers,

Well, gosh, claptrap, with such great news as that the DJIA should have been up, not down.
the US economy grew by 3.3% in the second quarter.
According to the Bush administration, so respected for its scruples. Haw haw haw.
What kind of numbers do you get when you use data that hasn't been faked?
Wow. I've been watching the republicants convention and have been getting more and more emotional. The lies that spew forth from their mouths are incredible. There are so many of them you'd need forty minutes to just rebut a five minute speech. I find thay very disheartening as the idiots won't listen to anything that long. I was amazed that the bums denigrated the service to the community that Obama did in the south side of chicago.
I also find it amazing at how skillfully the republicants steal the themes, thoughts, and even plots from the democrats. Such as how McSellout showed up last night just as Obama had done a week earlier.
The first time I heard Palin on the boob tube she was lying. If I remember correctly it was about saying thanks but no thanks to the money for the bridge. Even the thanks but no thanks was plagerized from the democrats and of course she did ask for it. When she was blasted for asking she subsequenty turned it down.
Anyway I do agree that the Dems are, We are being way too nice. We think that people are intelligent, can look at issues, and not be swayed by the venom spewed from the mouths of people with nothing to say. We be wrong....
So, I say blast em back. Make up stories, tell lies, fabricate untruths, spread rumors, and throw the tactics back at em.
It would make me want to puke but it seems to be effective.....
There's a Republican who sounds every bit as stupid as Mitt Romney, every ounce as bilious and hateful as Rudolph Giuliani, every measure as demogogic and intellectually dishonest as William Kristol; who fashions his speaking delivery after Andy Griffith but comes off more as Barney Fife, and who looks like he could be the unwanted love child of Aunt Bea and Otis the town drunk - with a haircut from Floyd the barber.
I caught you doing partial quotations last time, and here you do it again.
Anybody who's really interested in the full text of your claptrap is welcome to review the thread, claptrap.
Besides, there's no need for me to repost all your rantings word for word. Just the parts it pleases me to discredit.
But don't expect him to change his nature. Brain damage is forever. Cheers, -- Arne Langsetmo
On the other hand, being a DFH dickhead such as yourself is a conscious choice. Obviously a choice cherished, and pursued in earnest. Heh.
Read your post and was inspired to make another Obama donation. However, several attempts at accessing his site have failed (first time ever) — his site comes up then Safari just "quits unexpectedly." Strikes me as beyond coincidence that on a night when many of us sickened by McCain's putrid presence might be inspired to donate to Barack are inexplicably deterred. Unless proven otherwise, I smell republican dirty tricks. If you have either a similar experience with the site or a plausible explaination as to why this is happening, please post. Thanks.
[Sh**ter]: Amy Goodman.... Eeeek, I've been charged with a misdemeanor!
Compared to a woman that...
* went from PTA to the Governor's Mansion...
Wow! Amy Goodman's running for vice-president?!?!? Must have been napping. When'd that happen?
[continuing Sh**ter's hagiography]:
* bore five children and accepted a special needs child without killing it
We believe in choice. Not you.
* has a kid going to Iraq
... as does Biden. Whoopdedoo.
* Can shoot a moose and...
Huh? Hell, I can shoot a moose. They're hard to miss. But it seems that when it comes to harder prey, she thinks that us humans need a "sporting" advantage. Click sig for more.
* look hot while doing it,...
Women with guns gets Sh**ter's pecker fluttering?!?!? <*gaaaggh!*>
* and most of all, looks natural smiling, unlike liberal females.
Somehow Sh**ter hasn't twigged to the fact that liberal women don't smile at him because he's a first-class azo, and they know it in milliseconds after first sight....
Yeah, liberalism is in trouble.
So sez our reznit eedjit....
Cheers,
Much of the initial coverage about Fort Hood turned out to be wrong. Is there anything wrong with that?
