    If you want to indicate that John McCain may not be a good candidate for president because of his experience, or anything else, that's okay. Even argue that he isn't a hero if you like, or that it is irrelevant to being president.

    But the choices that a person makes under torture, even if they appear infantile or insane, are not really open to criticism. If people didn't act bizarrely, it would be strange. Please leave that part of his past alone. It isn't somewhere one should go.
