The GOP's cheerful viciousness

Yet again, the GOP launches brutal personality and cultural attacks on the Democratic candidate. Yet again, Democrats seem determined to allow it to do so.

    Separation

marko1965 wrote: It's not a perfect solution and people on both sides will piss and moan but what else are you going to do? It's that or face a new civil war within the next twenty years.

I concur, and have advocated this since 2000. The Right will NEVER EVER accept our candidates, and it is unlikely we will ever accept theirs - even in the most "bipartisan" stupor. The only solution, is to have tow separate nations, one essentially "Blue" the other "red".

India did it with its partition in 1948 and it can, with preparation be done again.

To say it can't, or is "impossible", is only to assure the new civil war - which will be on us as sure as the day becomes the night.

We have to realize that constiitution or not, one side regards it as only a piece of toilet paper to wipe their asses with - there is no way this lot can live together with us in any harmony nor can we make nice with them without being slaves.

Enough already. Start the partition process for Red and Blue America. Let them have their McCain -Palin hegemony and we will have O&B.
