MIKE NEEDS TO RESEARCH MORE ABOUT 9/11 TRUTH BEFORE HE IS QUALIFIED TO MAKE AN INFORMED COMMENT. GOOGLE NWO AND 9/11 TRUTH. SEE THE DVD'S "TERRORSTORM"; "IN PLANE SIGHT"; "WHO KILLED JOHN O'NEIL"; ILLUMINATI I, II & III; AND MANY, MANY OTHERS. SOME ARE AVAILABLE HERE ON AMAZON, OTHERS ARE AVAILABLE ON YOUTUBE & EBAY. SOME OF THE CONSPIRACY MATERIAL IS ABSURD, AS IS MATERIAL FOUND IN THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA, HOWEVER, DO NOT THROW OUT THE BABY WITH THE BATHWATER. THERE IS A WEALTH OF SANE, SOBERING MATERIAL AVAILABLE IN BOTH DVD AND IN BOOK.
Mr. Greenwald and I probably disagree on as many things as we agree upon. Perhaps just slightly more in agreement, overall, than not. But one thing we can agree upon and that is the way to search for the truth:
This happens a lot with this process. I am putting facts together in order to demonstrate what we don't know, what needs to be examined, possible avenues that should be explored.
I honestly have no theories about what took place. My whole point is: why should we have to speculate? I'd like to see the evidence for these things, a real investigation, a disclosure of the facts.
Whenever one argues from this premise -- here are the facts, here is what we don't know, here are the unwarranted assumptions people are making --then others try to infer that you're harboring some secret suspicion or theory and try to guess at what it is.
He honestly has no theories about what took place. As one of the few people here who has worked as an investigator, and I'm including Glenn in that set by dint of his legal background, I can tell you that is how it is done. Yes, you develop several competing and possible theories in the back of your mind, but if you focus too heavily on any one theory, and that is all it is, it can become too prominent in your mind and you lose the forest for the tree and possibly the wrong tree, at that. In effect, you are doing precisely the same thing, albeit subconconsciously, you are accusing the FBI of doing consciously and with intent. Framing someone. We are already playing "telephone" here . She was a "biker" has morphed into "She was a member of a mortorcycle gang!" McCain spoke at the biker rally in Sturgis! Neocon conspiracy! And who on God's Green earth wants to see his wife nekkid. prolly a bunch of drunken redneck bikers, most of whom do not belong to any "gang".
Hello! Most bikers have never belonged to a "Biker Gang". I've never been in a biker gang but I did ride motorcycles. I suppose you could count the kids I rode bicycles with as a youth. That was kind of a gang. Her name? She was married, yes? Maiden name. Perhaps Duley is her maiden name and she took it back. Women do that. In any case, people legally change their names all the time. I really have no theories, either, especially not ones that I can discount logically in under thirty seconds. That includes most of the ones from some of the commenters here. Other commenters here, a small minority, like Jim White, focus on this case and do not get distracted. I'd follow his lead.
An interesting hypothesis, macgupta, but I think I can see the holes in that theory as fast as Jim White did the fact that the water used was from the northeastern U.S. So what? It can be purchased and shipped anywhere in the country, with little or no paper trail. Out here in CA, you have to show your Drivers license and they actually swipe that and magnetically record every purchase of OTC cold medication now. For myself, I've never gotten the impression that Lake was "kook" and I know kooks and nutbars. I'm not inked, either. Yes, George W. Bush is by far, the worst, most pernicious president ever. Clinton was probably the best "Republican" president since Eisenhower. But I was very much mistaken when I continued to believe that conspiracism - and what Hofstadter called the paranoid style in American politcs - was predominantly on the far right. That is just no longer the case. I hope it is just a combination of usual millenarianism madness and delayed post 9/11 shock and trauma. Otherwise, I may have to move to someplace without wingnuts and moonbats. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.
