How does attacking Duley-- and let's be honest here Glenn this is what you are doing-- move you closer to the truth.

Glenn's argument is cogent, perhaps sound. We can question whether it is valid but he has a right and duty to make it. It is not personal information. It is all public record and the MS press should have gotten to first.

She states she is 45 years old.

The FBI had called her to testify against Ivins in the Grand Jury hearing.

She states that Daniel Boor...stuk? (that's my guess) was one of the special agents in charge of the investigation.

She states the FBI advised her to seek the restraining order. She "knew that he plots and plans."

July 9th - Ivins in group session, extremely agitated, out of control, and made the vest/gun/going postal statement to the group. She said he told her he was wandering the streets trying to pick a fight. Said he described plans in detail. Based upon this, she moved to have him committed.

July 11 was when he left her two voicemails blaming her, said obviously they no longer had a therapeutic relationship.

July 12 he called from Shepherd Pratt and "calmly thanked [her] for ruining his life and she made it possible for the FBI to prosecute him for murder."

Tapes are (or were at this time) with the FBI b/c they were going to be presented at the Grand Jury hearing.

She says he is a revenge killer and when he feels he has been slighted he plots tries to carry out revenge killings (esp. toward women.)

He was forensically dx'd as a sociopathic homicidal killer by more than one psychiatrist and this has been entered into evidence.

July 16th Ivins was supposed to have a permanent committment hearing but his lawyers got the court to agree to have him voluntarily placed.

The FBI said they could not offer her protection after she requested it. Her assigned FBI agent advised the protection order.
