  • I just heard on the radio,

    on one of the morning periodic news updates that is provided by CBS to my local progressive station, a brief comment provided by Mike Allen, no less, from The Politico.com. He was remarking about the latest "Reverend Eruption" and how this could hurt Obama and give the Republicans more ammunition in the upcoming campaign season.

    Call me silly but how is this opinion "news"? For that matter why is this latest Reverend/Priest, news? How is it that The Politico gets a prominent showcase on a national "news" feed to define the latest nonsense as so very important?
