Bullies don't go on the offensive when someone they've terrorized gives them a nosebleed.
Also, more importantly, if there is even a hope of restoring any integrity to the institutions they've crapped all over, there needs to be a cleansing, using a strong abrasive.
I'm looking for more than a nosebleed. I want them totally bled out. Prosections for the crimes committed will serve both purposes. It will put a knife into the jugular of their plans and serve notice to the world that we know how to clean our own house. And yes, it will be abrasive, but absolutely necessary.
