Good Cel
-apologies to William Timberman who can't type while gagged and hog-tied in the trunk of a pig's-18-wheel tractor trailer on his joy ride to fornicate in California.-
That's pretty damn funny.
I am sneaking a peek at work and you are going to get me busted for LOL.

Just
Just to note for GG FYI,
I heard a few ex-militaries low key discuss some of this Pentagon briefing/advisor/message/conflict NYT expose story on local Phila public WHYY radio this 10am morning hosted by (spelling?) Marty Moss Cawaine, tepidly.
I also herein salute your great efforts to straighten out the learning curve on so many crucial and little known matters far under the radar.

PDA, Platypus
That's arguably the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me here.

Is GG being punished?
Nowhere to be seen today, just wondering if his post on Jeremiah Wright actually did get him suspended, or worse.
How about that dead hooker?

I'm sure he'll be back soon with a monster post proving that Brian Williams received $5 million for every time he complimented George Bush's codpiece.
But first he has to get Brian Williams to write a smarmy denial on his blog...

@sunny
Is GG being punished?
He posted - what? - four times on Tuesday?
I figure Salon's just paying him piecework...

Like A Bad Episode Of The Sopranos
Actually, were there any good episodes???
What Constitution "(we don't need no friggin ' constitution") writes, ominously: "Over 400 comments...
...without a single hooker to discuss? If that doesn't convince those who control the Mainstream Media that there are people who care whether reportage is honest and unbiased, what else could?"
Just in over the wire:
"A woman police believe to be convicted Washington escort service operator Deborah Jeane Palfrey committed suicide, officials said Thursday.
Police said the body was found in a shed near Palfrey's mother's home Thursday morning. There was a suicide note, but police did not disclose its contents or how she killed herself."
You figure this woman had some enemies?? Scary days, m'friends. Scary . . .

Worst Greenwald Post Ever.
You’re preaching to the choir my friend. This 1000 word diatribe states (and restates) facts that all of your readers already know. Brian Williams is a talking-head nothing. We all know that. Why do you waste your time (and ours) pointing out his pin-head shortcomings. Plus (in your update) you “threaten” him with an interview. What’s the point? We all know that in a one-on-one with you Brian doesn’t have a chance.
Why not set your sights a little higher. Start sending letters to the head of NBC, or GE. You’ve got the clout. Do it!
-
Unintended detail
Williams also missed another big 'scoop'- as if he were so inclined. In the Peggy Noonan "Gate 14" piece he reccommended, she wrote of, and inadverdently admitted to, being one of the BITTER conservatives made so by the disappointment of the much heralded Bush of 2000.
Someone in Obama's campaign needs to grab ahold of this little nugget and cleverly use it to put an end to the wildly, and widely misunderstood 'bitter' comment. What better ammunition than to use the words of one of their own highly respected elitists to shut down at least one of the four rovian attack lines they're using as rote- without a thought.
Yes Glenn, I'm implying that all the campaigns read your blog,or should, and hoping the comments as well.
You're the Pulitzer, by the way!
