Would either
a) allow foreign access (IAEA) to the site
b) stop constructing over it to obscure what was there
It could be conclusively proven and etched into stone that in fact all Jews are eeeeeevull then we could all go home lock arms and march onward to the Salomunist Proletariat Future.

And yet both Algeria and Libya for YEARS covertly developed nuclear technology only to abandon it later on without anyone in the west ever being fully aware of it. That's simply a statement of fact. South Africa likewise developed atomic weapons on their own w/o anyone outside of SA ever being aware of it. Argentina and Brazil both had nuclear weapons programs in the 1970's and 80's that were completely black - only to abandon them before going public.
In fact the eeeevull Zhids themselves developed with French assistance, nuclear technology almost completely in the black.
But Syria? Bah! UM-Possible.
