To compensate for the normal treatment of anti-war people as freaks, Glenn should write a book called The Pro-War Freakshow!
What do you all think? I think it's a catchy title.
Can you imagine the front cover? I'm laughing out loud thinking about it! It could have cartoons of the Media interviewing the pro-War experts and the faux anti-war experts, while the real anti-war experts are kept in cages or something.

Jeez William, I take your point, but these days they commonly build those big projects, at least here in the US, with very few or no deaths. Give the construction industry, or more accurately, safety regulations, state and Federal, that much credit anyway.

...at least in the U.S.... Yes, although a few more years of of OSHA under the Republicans might have fixed that. If you don't like my example, pick another. Progress in such things is real enough, but the principle underlying my example is still sound.

Haven't you heard? Dolphins are apparently worse than we are...all those people saved from drowning? They were apparently being 'humped' to the surface by horny dolphins out for a rub. And apparently they gang up on porpoises and murder them for sport, on porpoise!
