Just saying...
Just for the record, I think it was also worth noting, as I did in two separate comment posts in this thread, that Goldfarb, in his diatribe, wrote that he doubted any of the telecommunication company CEO's hesitated when approached by the government to 'help'. In fact, of course, Qwest's CEO is on record of having done so. Who knows for sure what the others did at first?
I have noted there are people in legal in some places that have said "get a warrant". They care about getting the baddies, but they care about doing things right. Good on 'em.
