The right wing slime machine needs Obama to win
Seven years of George Bush and Republican failure has been hard on them. Limbaugh, Coulter, O'Rielly and the rest have resorted to real freak show tactics to keep themselves in the public eye. They need an enemy to stoke up their shrinking audience. Let's face it, how many more times can Coulter say "faggot" and get headlines? Its getting to the point where she'll have to bite the head off a chicken live on Larry King to get attention.
John McCain, the Republican, the Clintons...will attack Barack Obama with a fury because they're about to lose their stranglehold. "President Obama" offers the real possibity of a national high colonic. Listening to John McCain's speech last night I was struck by the absolute weirdness of promising four more years of the disgrace we've been subjected to these past seven years. It was George Bush wrapped in a creaky senile package. "More war, more war. Islamo-fascists are coming to kill you." *smile* It was a truly bizzarre performance. Hillary Clinton is becoming more Norma Desmond like by the hour. All they have is bile and venom to throw. This time I don't think it will work. People are drawn to Obama because he seems like a breath of fresh air. The more negative the others go, the more stagnant and fetid they seem.
