@bahhummingbug - Thanks for Noticing That Matthews "Interview"
I was beginning to think I was the only one who noticed. I have to say that the MSM seems to be going just a tad crazy lately. Are they still frustrated that the voters won't comply with their predictions or analysis? OMG, will they have to admit that each voter has the right to pull whatever lever they want when they get into that booth, no matter what they think?
I switched the channel when I saw Matthews demanding that the Obama supporter justify his support of his candidate. Some genuine questions and back and forth, is of course expected, but actually getting belligerent and barking "That's a problem, isn't it?" when the man could not immediately come up with a satisfactory answer is totally disgusting.
I just figure that Matthews knows where all the bodies are buried, otherwise MSNBC would have ditched him a long time ago. They suspend Dave Shuster for admittedly immature banter, but I would take him back in a heartbeat rather than have to watch Chris Matthews circle the drain for one more night.
One of the reasons I am watching so much coverage lately is because I am in one of those late primary states that is now considered so important to the Democrats. I get five or six recorded phone calls a day. I still have not made up my mind. I don't know if I am typical of the average primary voter in my state.
I hate to say it, because I like Olbermann's show, but MSNBC, along with most TV shows are not giving me any info that I need. Neither is the print press. Just more egotistical bullying, unsubstantiated rumors and useless analysis.
So except for the headline news online, I am shutting it all off until after the primaries.
