Crying
"Crying usually doesn't work in campaigns. Only in relationships."

Voters slammed Obama in NH not the MSM....
The MSM was embrassed and shamed by the result in NH. The pundits in the press know that HRC does not have the leadership skills to take our country into the next century.
The MSM resents white voters lies and being misleaded by them instead they were handed the same ole story of how white voters react to change by a group of myopic, insular voters in one of the country's most segregated states.
The media was let down and I truly understand that feeling...

Again: sorry. I know this is no-health chat-line forum.
Pedinska.
I've seen a doc.
I'll wrap bannana skins around my oozing left calf.
Stop the lies, greed, and warmongers. Then we'll be okay!

MSNBC is doing a delegate count TODAY!
I'm not making this up:
From MSNBC Few moments ago:
Blond Newsmodel: "After Hillary Clinton's win in NH, the delegate count has narrowed between her and Barack Obama. Reminder: Democrats need 2,209 delegates to win ... So, why don't we look at where the candidates stand right now?"
Scarborough: "HC and BO each gained 9 delegates in NH. Obama, though, is still in first place" [with total of 38 delegates]
In other news, 21 seconds into the historic Celtics-Lakers match-up, Lakers LEAD the celtics 1-0. Celtics missed their first fied goal and Lakers hit one of two free throws. Just Looks like it's Lakers year this time.

Maureen Dowd is a pampered brat.
Maureen Dowd, a.k.a. The Idiot Princess, is the perferct female counterpart to Chris Matthews. They are both far less clever than they think, and their stunted immaturity renders them fit, maybe, for only a junior high school gossip page.
I am glad that the Internet offers a bracing alternative to these overpaid twits.
EDWARDS 2008!
P.S. Maureen Dowd could not endure 2 minutes of the 15 years of hate that Hillary Clinton has endured; she would break down into a sobbing little girl. That, I would love to see.

team emotion?
Is that like teen spirit?
Bebop,
If you have a "warty thing" on your leg and the doctor gave you antibiotics for it before, and its growing back, go see the doctor. Stop fooling around. Not even a doctor should diagnose on the internet and most of us aren't doctors, we just play doctor on the intertubes.

shouldn't we
wait for General Petraeus' report?

Chris Matthews May Be Right, But He's Also an Angry Dude Now
I have not been able to find a link yet, but last night Chris Matthews asked a question that went something along the lines of "can we trust the voters again?" He seemed to be implying that the voters polled had lied and thus made them look all like fools. He and the rest of the desk set then go on to cite the "crying game" clip as a reason for HRC's win, etc. Nice try.
I remember being "interviewed" for a "woman-in-the-street" spot during the 1972 election. I was asked if I had a preference for a candidate. I replied no. The reporter cajoled me, saying I must be leaning towards someone. I said no, not yet, and then briefly discussed each candidate's pros and cons. I watched the clip on the news that night. They showed an array of responses. My response had been edited down to one candidate's name, making it look like I would vote for him. At the time I couldn't believe it and thought it was an anomaly, now I'm wondering if it is common practice in the media.
Bottom line, there are a lot of voters who are not as decisive as they make themselves out to be, and don't know who they are voting for until they get in the booth. Perhaps this is the "dishonesty" that Matthews talked about, although I still think it was a very insulting and petulant observation. How dare the voters mess up the polls!
As far as the Hilary crying clip. What's the big deal? I didn't understand the big deal when Muskie supposedly cried and I don't understand the big deal when Hilary supposedly cries. People get exhausted, frustrated, etc. and sometimes cannot hold back, especially when cameras are on them 24/7. But already the idiocracy is analyzing the clip as if it is the answer to everything - why HRC won, why she won't be a good president, etc. Did anyone catch the promo for Glen Beck's show today? Yeah, it was about how crying for a few seconds showed that Hilary did not have the toughness to be president. I saw it and thought, "Oh, kill me now."
Actually I have been thinking that for quite awhile when it comes to the MSM. Maybe that is why I could only tolerate about an hour's worth of TV "analysis" before I shut the the darn thing off.
Also I agree with some of the other posters about how strange it is that Pat Buchanan seemed to be the most insightful analyst last night (I did not see the Brokaw interview). He was the only one who mentioned the media as being one of the groups who "piled on Hilary" and thus might have brought about some sympathy votes for her. All the other desk jockeys only mentioned the OTHER CANDIDATES as having piled on her. Never even alluded to themselves. Incredible.
