Can one be pro-choice and yet lend support to a politician who isn't?

And this has WHAT to do with Ron Paul and Harry Reid?

you have the luxury of considering the subject of reproductive rights a purely academic one.
And in China it is considered a purely economic one!

The point is, neither Glenn Greenwald, Ron Paul, nor Harry Reid will ever face the prospect of being forced to carry and bear a child they don't want. As Gloria Steinem once said, if men could get pregnant, abortion would be a sacrament. I find it interesting that women's reproductive rights exists to Glenn Greenwald as fair'n'equal treatment of Democrats vs Republicans exists to the mainstream media -- in a real blind spot. The MSM can't see why Glenn is so fired up about lopsided political coverage, and Glenn can't see why women are so fired up about the short shrift he gives to our ability to choose.
