The current generation of boys, who don't remember Saddam, but will remember the American soldiers who broke their doors, humiliated their fathers / mothers / sisters (or worse), is growing up fast, and they're armed.
The idea that a war is over just because one side declares it so is naive at best.
What Bush wrought will poison us for decades to come.
