The American government--hell, the whole damn political system--is broken.

The fact that Congress and the courts don't do a damn thing about the Liar-in-Chief's unlawful and/or unconstitutional actions is mind-boggling. The two (count 'em, two) parties are equally worthless; there's not a dime's worth of difference between 'em. They're all bought-and-paid-for by the PACs and lobbyists who control 'em.

What can be done in the immediate sense? Not much, except to support Dr. Ron Paul. He's the only--and I mean ONLY--presidential candidate who isn't bought and bossed.

The "CSA" CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT, 21USCA800-to end with its 21CFR130-end is a "closed" licensing law, all about "licensed, authorized, legitimate drugs", manufactured in "licensed plants, etc". Our millions of idiot-lawyers have sent millions of innocent persons to prison, 10,000,000+ since 1970, and now hold , state & federal at least 1,000,000 persons tried for allegedly violating a MIXED-LAW. They made "felonies out of "authorized, licensed -FUNCTIONS" which made JOKES out of millions of indictments. Felonies can't be rationally "LICENSED", except by our feeble minded "judges"! No grand or petit jurors were ever told about the first paragraph of 21USCA841(a) "Except as authorized by this subchapter, it shall be UNLAWFUL for ANY person to" do the three "authorized functions", etc. Secondly ONLY "ANY person" can be lawfully PUNISHED, as (b) states numerous times "any person who violates (a) shall be punished" .
