The editors went today and corrected yesterday's correction. They should keep trying.

    "The President, being Commander-in-Chief of the US military. thus implicitly swears this oath as well and Klein is arguably correct in his statement."

    The President does not take a seperate oath as CinC nor is he a member of the military. If he were, impeachment would not be the sole remedy for high crimes and misdemeanors. The UCMJ would apply to him.

    What's up with you cats? Can't win an argument with facts?
