I am a registered republican and your analysis is a perfect fit for why I am a Ron Paul supporter. I am not a teenager or a young person, in fact I am considered a senior. I agree with your comments about the "beltway" being totally out of touch with our reality down here in the trenches. In fact, I have seen anger out here on both sides of the political spectrum greater than I have ever seen in my life time which is pretty substantial.

Its as if our elected officials couldn't care less about what we think and do as they please. We have gone from fear to anger to rage. That is what motivates me to get involved for the first time in an election since I was 17 years old. Then, I worked for Kennedy and haven't found anyone I would get out there and work for since then. I have now. Thanks again. You have done a good job saying exactly how it is and that is real reporting. A rarity these days. The press has a lot to be accountable for down the road as failing in their fourth column responsibilities to the American people.. I actually have to go overseas to get the news. Since when have we had to do that???
