You were the first to alert us to Glenn being on the Randi Rhodes show on this or the other thread and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Hopefully this visibility will result in more visibility in the M$M and the further expose the politicization of our military. -- Retired Military Patriot
This would be the same Randi Rhodes whose Air America colleague broadcast she was mugged and viciously beaten? Possibly by rightwing brownshirts?
According to Air America Radio late night host Jon Elliott, Rhodes was beaten up pretty badly, losing several teeth and will probably be off the air for at least the rest of the week.

"Republicans lower taxes", that may be true. But what is also true is that Republicans also raise expenses: health care, gas prices which raises everything else.
Right! But to me the bigger point is that they haven't even really lowered taxes at all, they've only lowered the nominal tax rate. In actuality, the overall tax burden has done nothing but shoot up since Republicans took power in 2000!
It only seems like taxes are lower if you don't count all the DEBT that has to be paid back with... taxes.
And Republicans don't count debt. Unless it's owed to them.

But seriously, Iran is the greatest threat to the US in the world today. Right now there are three Iranian carrier battle groups operating in the Gulf of Mexico, threatening to deliver humanitarian aid to New Orleans.

George Bush is a great man and should be respected by all. He knows exactly what he is doing and reads a lot of books because he is so smart.
People should not make fun of him or denigrate him in any way as he is the leader of our fatherland.
