Litigation?
Considering the willingness of Reid et al to capitulate to Bush Inc. and seeing the struggle of 'rationality' and jumping through hoops to justify what is disgusting by any means, I can only come to one conclusion.
The extent and depth of the actual 'spying' on citizens if truly known by the general populance would lead to massive protests of both right and left, threatening the establishment and future of the status quo and all of the cronies who support it.
In short- possibly revolutioin.
