The behavior of our media and political institutions toward Ahmadinejad demonstrates that nothing really has changed since 2002.
  • Suffer the fools

"Am I to look at you as an American politician or a reporter? . . . . " - Ahmadinejad

Damn is that a precise and accurate zinger. It's almost like Pelley had no fukking idea what to do with someone who actually had communication skills, did not speak in sound bites, paid attention to his questions and demonstrated a high intellectual capacity. That does not mean to say Ahmadinejad is a great guy or I agree with his politics, only that his skills as a speaker and thinker dwarfs most of the dumb fuks we call politicians and reporters in the USA.

There is a power vacumn in the middle east, and Iran is a major player in this game. Ahmadinejad should get valid and challenging questions. And instead the media coughs up the likes of Pelley, a buffoon, a two bit propagandist, an intellectually challenged kiss-ass who likes to pretend at reporting. My wish today is that the fools suffer more than we have to suffer the fools.
