    Capitulation will never get to 1%. The Neoconservatives cannot allow any defeat to be measured or ever recorded, especially without their creative revisionism. You have brought some critical examination to their functioning exercises. If everything shy of complete devastating victory is untenable then they should stop at nothing to continue their perverse usurpation of the congress and the judiciary.
