    A Democratic Delay

    Yes, unfortunately, that is what is needed, a liberal version of the velvet hammer (or fist or wtf ever they called that slime ball). I can think of no one more scurrilous than Tom Delay but you have to admit he kept the troops in line. Harry Reid seems like a nice guy and I've heard (never seen it though) he's tough negotiator. But c'mon do you think good 'ol Harry will threaten you with those pictures of the last golf outing where there was more rutting than putting?
