    Because of the NYT's reporting on the Iraq war, my husband and I, who were devoted readers for years, quit buying and reading it. Nowadays one of my of criteria for judging reporters and news sources is whether "This Modern World" comes to mind when I'm reading and listening. Thank you, Salon.
