Some people can either repair themselves to some extent with or without help or they can find ways to cope and mitigate the damage. GWBs damage came from his upbringing as the priviledged child of a priviledged child. He is the classic bully. Nicknames are a classic tell. Frat boy behaviour, my way of the highway, take my ball and go home. All tells of a bully. But GWB has taken his bullying to the highest level possible. The bullying of an entire planet. Read the book 'Bush on the Couch'. It will terrify you.
The problem now is not why he does what he does but what can be done to stop him. If we do not in some way mitigate his extensive power, we will wake up one day soon with a nuclear wind blowing from the middle east. The nuclear wind of an American nuclear device used to prevent the spread on nuclear devices. I truly hope someone is talking to the generals.
