Right-wing blogs discover massive conspiracy to hide WMDs in Iraq

The embrace by leading neoconservatives and other war supporters of the most bizarre and deranged conspiracy theories speaks volumes about their credibility and judgment.

I just want to know when is all

As long as what 'they' sell is all lies, I want someone to point out to me the 'truth' of everything uttered by the progressives, is all. I'm fine with everyone lying, really I expect it. There's no truth only agendas, I just want someone else to see that.

Real Name sez

"If that isn't warmongering I don't know what is."

Are you literally unaware of the existence of dictionaries?

i.e "books containing words alphabetically arranged along with information about their form, pronunciation, functions, etymologies and meanings"?

Lie, Lie, Lie. Lie, Lie, Lie, Lie, Lie, Lie....

Paul Simon:

Still a man hears what he wants to hear, and disregards the rest.

So when is it? When have we will we bomb Iran

It's not a complicated question or even very subtle. I just want to know when it absolutely positively will bet the farm going to happen. I've been hearing nothing but self professed absolutely irrefutable proof for years. I just want to know if today is the day. Or tomorrow or the day after or any of the other hundreds of drop dead predictions that came before.

If you don't know, say you don't know, and go find someone who does. Or, stop telling me it's going to happen. Or at least admit, if you have any shred of honesty left, and, lieu of darting out from the mob to hurl an insult at me, to dart back in again, that maybe the prognostications of the left are as full of shit and hot air as the lame ass policies of the administration.

@Realname

Is there a point to your harangue? How is it warmongering to sound caution that we are strolling the same worn path as before littered with lies and deceit toward a war of choice? Frankly, we would be at war with Iran by now if it wasn’t for Rove getting the math wrong and those meddling Dems winning Congress back (the Repubs were blindsided there), throwing a wrench of oversight and questioning in the way of the administration’s plans. So again, what is your point? The absence of another war getting you down? You feel ripped off, armchair warrior? Or just desperate to make a dubious point against the left? Either way, it's boring.

Pocket Size

The way these guys talk you would think that WMDs are something you can put in your pockets and carry them out of the country. Just how stupid are people becoming?

Hey buddy, you said:

Have you actually read Sy Hersh's articles? If you had you would know that Hersh's sources are telling him that there are plans being prepared for an attack on Iran BUT, there are a lot of career soldiers that aren't supporting that madness. You do realize that there are THREE carrier battle groups currently stationed in the Indian Ocean and the gulf. And, there have been unreliable but some reports of American troops massing along the Iran border. I think you would have to be very disingenuous to suggest that we aren't rattling sabers right in front of Iran and the world's nose.

So, if the attack never comes why don't you check back in this forum at the end of the summer and I'll personally congratulate you for your prescience.

But, if the attack does come don't bother checking back in for me so I can do a victory dance, I'll be too busy trying to hustle up cash for $10.00 a gallon gasoline.

I'm no leftist. But why do you pose this? What do the sins of the left -- real or imagined -- mater in light of what is current reality as to who is in power and sinning?

P.R., yes. Paul Simon to RealName...'they' will bomb for diamond and oil.

Or, was it Paul who said, "They want to wear diamonds on the soles of their shoes." 'Um lost the 'nepesh.' See-Dead people with black nepesh-souls. Politicians.

Ah! I need to brush-up on those words that use to have substance and warded off the town-crazies. Protect us all, gads.

So, if a people in old times had spring ephemera's, those short lived euphoric, beneficial fungus, growing, a Sharoomer could be robbed, bombed, mugged, or some lamebrain just decided to lie and say, "The Shraoomers are coming, the Shraoomers are picking morels---shoot them damn mush-brain, soup-eater, Shroomers?"

No. modern day neo-Paul Revere's might say, "The bushes are weasel real crazy-- And call them by their real name. They are in DC and they are very Murderous.

Build small community, not the dying "global economy." Thomas Hardy has a good poem, "The Times of The Crumbling of Nations." It's a short poem. Anyone here know how to 'cut and paste' Hardy's thought about Imperial reigns crumbling and what actually always, only really, that which is of lasting value, remains?

It's not The World Trade Organization's, Trade NAFTA gibber, or The World Bank views either. That is the vision of Circe-Cyclops's blind-eye's "W's."

A village in olden days would starve from a few rich 'cats' in town who overgrazed, overruled, and poorly managed land and a herd of sheep, for profitable wool sales. No let the wool get spun and pulled over our eyes. The global-greedy use verse and love particularizing vocabulary...Every politician and loyal underling that does not properly critique words like,...

"hurt the global economy"...WHAT! It's a quick-sand-trap of death for the real people. Warmongers now need to pack a night-bag and prepare a 'stay' at the Hague jail. It was good enough for Paul/Silas, and me too. But, I'm staying out of jail, thanks to this miss-reign, I've already been put there, and done that--- Their turn, now.

The Fortune crowd want impractical diamonds on the soles of their shoes. Gads. Chris Floyd's helping to inform citizens about war killing and refugees in Africa.

The war will be coming to your/my town next, too? The today's WaPo 'piece,' titled, "Make No Mistake:" by Michael Chertoff is backward and ridiculous, as I read it. We should be uncomfortable when "leaders of homelands," are so dangerous and deluded, they conform to such a lie spiel each day. The indulgence! Read the 'crud' but don't pull wool over your eyes. Protection? huh. no. yuck.
