I'm interpreting Goldfarb's words to mean that Article II gives the President "near dictatorial power" in pursuing war once it has been declared. This is true. As Commander-in-Chief, the President calls the shots once war has been declared by Congress, which, if you'll recall, it was.

As if your remarks weren't ludicrous enough, haven't you heard the news? Your beloved Fuhrer sent out orders to find a "war czar" to take his unforgiveable mess off his hands. Of course, so far no one is delusional and/or suicidal enough to volunteer. Maybe you're exactly the right man for the job.
P.S. When exactly was the "war" on Iraq declared?
