    That should have read

    Look, if it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have an authoritarian proto-fascist movement which in the name of God and Country will subvert, dismantle, and destroy our democratic liberties and freedoms in order to establish some form of one-party (possibly totalitarian) rule on our hands.
