    The Bush administration is in a difficult position. They are telling the Russians to do what they themselves didn't want to hear before invading Iraq. A few signs that the Russians are pulling out of Georgia show that George Bush's position is paying off. As the Fang of Gabon say,"Even dirty water puts the fire out."
