Not practical
This is not likely to happen because the vetting process would probably be painful for Bill and the collision of the Clintons' financial interests and the administration could be significant. Probably impossible to bring that off. And of course with the veep twofer, you get the anger/hatred of Bill to deal with. No, America was brought to a standstill by Bill's not fessing up and he Mad Dog Republicans baying into the night with that vile lawyer trying to hang Billyboy for Jesus. Let's not go to any lynching parties this time.
