I'm Confused Too
If Hillary has alot of support then why does she need someone to either pay her debts or why can't she raise the money on her own? If she's not going to win then staying in and accumulating more debt for someone else to pay seems ludicrous given her stance that she's out to help the "hard working white people." Why not take the millions of dollars she'd spend campaigning to lose and donate it to some of those hard working people she allegedly speaks for. Part of the change Obama is talking about is making politics less about making politicians happy and putting power back in the hands of the people. If the Clintons are in this race for the right reasons then they will do what's necessary to help the party and get the Republicans out of the Oval Office. If they aren't then I think it shows that there's a reason she's lost her bid to be President. If she wants to continue to be in the Senate and have any sort of power then she'll be a team player. If not then she can join Joe Lieberman in the "smells like a Republican" club.

@ back290's
I WILL VOTE FOR MACCAIN AND AGAINST ANY CANDIDATE BACKING OBAMA
-- back290's
So you are going to vote for:
-Banning abortion, 100 years of Iraq occupation, More wars in the middle east, No health care plan, No environmental plan, No relief for bankrupt homeowners, Pandering to right wing religious politics and 4 to 8 more years of Bush policies and corruption.
You are willing to destroy your country and cut your own throat in a tantrum about the process. What kind of emotional moron are you?
If Clinton gets the nomintation I'm voting for her - no matter how she gets it. If Obama gets the nomintation I'm voting for him - no matter how he gets it.
Intimidation, back room dealing, fuzzy math. I don't care at this point. Both nominees are conservative centrists, neither one is my first choice, but either one is better than Republican rule which will destroy our country if not the planet.

This is easy - Clinton should get Senate Majority leader and VP veto rights.
The DNC is solely responsible for the rift with/about MI and FL voters. This fiasco was arrogance on the DNC’s part. If it had been corrected in a timely manner the voters in those states could have gotten their voices heard without all the fighting over if they could effect the nomination outcome. IA, NH and SC broke the exact same rule; they voted early… without getting sanctioned!
At this point Obama needs to seat MI and FL exactly as the votes were, counting the MI undecided as his. This will not give Clinton what she needs to win but will avoid losing voters. They may not go out and vote for McCain but they could just stay home on Nov 7th.
The DNC has made some major mistakes. Dean and company seem to think that they won congress. The Republicans GAVE them congress. There is a huge difference. A November win is not guaranteed. Obama seems to be ignoring the general election campaigning in favor of just winning the nomination campaigning. While he’ll have a few months to switch gears, all his “scandals” have been a slow switch from IL style politics to national politics. Keeping an eye on winning in November was something Clinton has always done. Obama needs to realize this is part of why he's had so much trouble closing the deal. I'm sure Clinton is getting ready to win in 2012 if Obama loses in November.

What does Hillary Want?
On the whole I'd say two things.
She'd like a really good defeat so when she conceeds it won't look like she's being forced out by her lack of funds and support but by being bested in an honest competition.
That sort of happened after Wisconsin, and she gave a sort of concession, but she decided to roll the dice once more and give it a shot.
If she has a win just around the corner (like in WV) it's very awkward of her to step down. If Barak can pull off WV (unlikely given the short calendar) or take the next three enmass, then Hillary gets a nice face saving defeat.
The other thing she wants is 11 million dollars.
That's Bills money she's spending and she may need it again to win her senate seat in New York. She needs to activly draw contributors to get back her stake in this campaign.
I don't imagine the Obama camp making a cash transfer, and I would question the legality of such a transfer anyway.
So, that's what she needs. She needs to be defeated in WV or the next set of contests, and she needs to raise some money to get out of debt.
that's all folks.

Message For The Hillbots
Your candidate wouldn't even be here if it weren't for Bill Clinton.
Sorry, but this girl is a joke.
Richardson won a Nobel Prize, didn't he?
Gravel had his experience with the Pentagon Papers, didn't he?
Biden has years of experience.
Hillary Clinton's grand accomplishment was to marry Bill Clinton.
Is it physically possible to get a single worshipper of Hillary to even acknowledge that this little girl with ONE term's worth of experience in elected office wouldn't be in the race if it weren't for the political connections of Bill Clinton?
Will any Clinton-worshipper ever admit it?
Hillary isn't a "genius" -- she just married Bill and HE got her this far. Hillary basically hasn't done a damn thing in elected office.
Vetted?
This little girl hasn't done crap and demands to be crowned queen?
I am deeply embarrased for her and her supporters.
It's okay to worship Bill CLinton as a god. Your religious beliefs are your own -- but why do you think being married to Bill Clinton entitles Hillary to anything?
Again, I'm not making fun of your religious beliefs. I know you deeply, deeply worship Bill CLinton and are convinced that if Bill was magically back in office everything would instantly be great again -- but, c'mon. Hillary? Seriously? Name one thing she's ever done to be worthy of getting this far int he race besides being married to Bill Clinton?
