Whose fault is the Clinton-Obama stalemate?

    "And no...Black people aren't the loyal dog you can kick over and over again and they still not do something about it."

    Well, one could say they are, if you look back historically and see they they have NEVER voted for a Republican in over 40 years. And, one might query how many promises were kept by EITHER party to black people.

    Seems to me neither have delivered on their promises, historically...which begs the question, why would they vote for either side if neither follows thru on their promises?
