This is not Romney's Kennedy moment
Mitt Romney is caught between Mormonism and a hard place -- the fundamentalist Christian base of the modern GOP. And it's partly his own fault.

    The people he is reaching out to DO care about his Mormonism. I have had conversations with them. Mormonism is very unpopular within much of the evangelical Christian world. He HAS to give this speech to reach that portion of the base. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
