Yeah, tell that to the dogs
I'm sure Babineaux's ex thinks her killed dog is just as important. I didn't mention that he is black because it doesn't matter. That's not the point. Apparently it's okay for the system to take its course and the team to let him play after allegedly killing his girlfriend's dog "in a fit of anger" (nice description btw) because he's a nobody. Such concern for dogs. Strange how you're demanding that I condemn dogfighting while you're trying to minimize dog strangling. Very funny.
Gee, I guess for Vick the head that wears the crown is indeed heavy because if your nobody teammate is accused of killing a dog to terrorize his girlfriend he gets to play and nobody says boo but if you are accused of engaging in dogfighting for money you'll be a pariah who's considered thisclose to John Gotti. Ah well, the price of fame.

You raised the issue, I merely put it in perspective with Vick's alleged crimes. I condemn dog fighting and animal brutality utterly and completely which you again are unwilling to do for some reason. What happened with Babineaux is much less clear from what I have read and to say he did it to "terrorize his girlfriend" is totally unfounded as far I can see. Maybe he killed it , if he did, because it bit him or something and he kind of blew up. That is so much more understandable than "engaging in dogfighting for money" which takes premeditated action and on-going moral blindness.
Anyway I see you are one of those cowards who just sidesteps every issue with cheap rebuttals and false claims about my argument. I totally schooled you on why the Vick case is more important and you had nothing to say except more black millionaire celebrity as victim garbage.

Wifey just had a look at the last few pages of posts from the "three stooges" and nearly rolled over in fits, laughing. SHe admonished me to find something else to occupy as this was getting to resemble a Rottweiler mauling three annoying Dachsund pups.
She also concurs that the "three stooges" are one and the same persona. As she put it: "The odds of three different people continuing to praise Bonds when most everyone else has left the thread are slim and none."
Ahhhh....but her words don't count since she doesn't know any better than to marry a "honkie" - right?

You voluntarily jumped into the debate about Vick by introducing the issue of Babineaux. I completely picked apart your comments and called you out on your unwillingness to condemn animal cruelty (which you have yet to do). Now you want to slip out of things by saying I am the one focused on Babineaux vs. Vick, again the topic you introduced.
At least have the guts to see through an argument you started. At least people like Thrasher stick to their points...you're just a slippery coward as far I can see.

You didn't pick apart anything. Except try and pretend that there's not honking double standard. Heh.
You hilariously tried to turn the Babineaux story into a "Dog bites Man, Man kills Dog" what's the big deal? while trying to turn Vick into Public Enemy No 1 while trying to demand condemnation for one guy on the Falcons alleged dogfighting as you downplayed another guy on the Falcons dog strangling.
The latter guy is accused of killing his girlfriend's dog because he was upset with her. Yet he was allowed to play all last season but that's okay because he's not famous and "was upset...and maybe the dog bit him...and maybe...well you know how women can get you all riled up..." while Vick gets a go straight to jail card because he's famous and coldly tried to make some money off of his alleged animal cruelty. Nice work.

After all the effort, there's nothing you can do except impotently wail about Bonds breaking the record. Barry Bonds was better than everybody else before, during and, still for the most part, after steroids. Funny how that worked out.
Btw, stop bringing up your wife to try and validate your opinions. It's embarrassing. I'm sure she's a lovely lady so there's no reason to drag her into your muck.

Yeah, like just look at how the classless jackass behaved in his interview with Bob Costas on his HBO show, merely because Cost had the guts and integrity to question Bonds' spurious record. And that it would be regarded as inauthentic. And what does Baby Barry do? Toss a hissy fit and carry on like the simpleton brat and cheater he is, calling Bob a "midget" etc.
But, as Keith Ollbermann noted in his Friday night 'Countdown' show on MSNBC: "Mr. Bonds, sir, in ethical terms it is YOU THAT ARE THE MIDGET! About a four inch high midget, ethically speaking!"

In the end, all Bonds will be remembered for, even after getting his 560 or whatever, is being a petty cheat, scoundrel and miserable black brat - who is so enamored of his sense of entitlement he lost his humanity long ago. Probably about a year or so after he started his 'roids/
As for my dear wife, she agrees with everything I have said 100%.
