Many blacks love big women, but having a rump the size of Buffie the Body's can put women at risk for disease.

  • Hey Bent Over:

Curves is not a fat club. It's a gym. Fat women go there to lose weight. Isn't that what you want?

Evidently not. All you truly want is to make average-sized women feel bad about themselves, by incessantly telling them they don't measure up to your exacting standards.

Misery loves company, and you loathe yourself so much that you need to drag everyone else down into that pit with you.

Given all the symptoms I diagnose a case of micro-penis.

Seriously guy, just get over your fear that she'll laugh when she gets a glimpse of it. Size doesn't matter that much to most girls. Once you get some tail, you'll find that you don't hate females that much.

  • Attacking Fat Vs. Attacking The Person

Is it possible to point out the negative aspects of fat - from aesthetic to health - and not be accused of attacking people who are fat?

I hate smoking. It stinks, it's a health hazard. I don't hate smokers though. I wish they'd stop for their own good and the good of people around them, people who love them, and the pressure they put on the insurance and health care industries - but I don't hate them. I see they are just people, with a problem. I want them to stop being self-destructive in the name of pleasure and habit.

I hate hearing fat people complain about how it's impossible to lose weight. It's not impossible. It can be difficult, yes - but it's not impossible. In fact, if you surround yourself with healthy choices, make up your mind to stay away from fast food, processed food, high fat food and sugar, you'll probably find that losing weight isn't that difficult. Add 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per day and it might even be pleasant.

What's difficult is changing negative thought patterns that lead to bad habits. "If I eat that I'll feel better" "If I try to exercise I"ll just feel tired." "I can start my diet tomorrow" "No one understands how hard it is to be fat so I might as well just eat some more".

I am so tired of hearing women bleat angrily that they've 'tried everything'. You are not trying the one thing that works - take in fewer calories than you expend. Do not eat processed food, junk food, fast food, sugary food. Eat 3 squares and 2 snacks a day. Get the RDA for fruits and veggies. Exercise - just walk, that's all. You WILL lose weight.

It's time fat people who are unhappy with being fat got honest. You didn't get that way by magic. Bad habits and bad thinking got you there - change the habits, change the thinking, lose the weight. Stop blaming your metabolism, society, celebrities. Your weight is your responsibility.

You have one life. ONE. Do you really want to waste it hating the way you look and attacking other people for not liking what you yourself loathe?

Stop wasting time. Your life is a gift. Lose the weight - stop making a big deal of it and lose the weight. IF YOU MAKE IT SIMPLE IT WILL BE SIMPLE. You just have to decide to do it, then do it.

  • Curves and morons

I would say Curves is perhaps more on the lightweight side (I've never been a member there), but isn't it certainly a lot better than nothing? What would the moron rather have these people do, sit around on their ass watching TV? What does it take to make him happy? He'd probably see some overweight woman exercising out in public and comment on what a disgusting sight it was.

Remember, he's even bitching about women who in his mind are going to be fat in the future! (Scarlett Johansen, for example). And if they're in perfect condition, they're still ugly in the face. So the fat issue is just a smokescreen--if women were all thin he'd just be bitching about something else about them.

(No comment on being busted on the fake MBAs, by the way.)

I actually would probably even agree with some of what you have to say, but your tone is vile and you completely lack insight and sensitivity...This has nothing to do with taking a stance against obesity, which I have no problem with at all--your comments on every subject you write about reek of nastiness, illogic and hypocrisy. You're just dumping your rage on everybody. Keep on making fake assumptions about me and claiming I said things I didn't say, even when people have access to everything I've written here (and you too). By the way, I forgot to blame the patriarchy again. Silly me.

  • Because posting burns calories

(Actually, my ass is pretty small, Ben. I need to lose in the belly to prevent diabetes, etc. I had an excellent 5-mile walk today--so glad that you care! :-)

Ben's got his degree from Yale, first of all:

    >Blow me, asswipe. I am a Yale MBA. Never attended Duke, but know what shit smells like when it's around. These men are clearly innocent.

And presto-change-o, one from Princeton (incidentally, Princeton doesn't have an MBA program!):

    >I have an MBA in Finance from Princeton, my admission and grades were merit based and quite good.

  • I propose a strike against reading/reactng to any "Anonymous" posts...

It's next to impossible to sort through them all or distinguish one from the others.

    And as for Bent Over.

I actually did earn a graduate degree from Princeton University. As far as I could tell there were no professional degree programs at all: no Medical School, no Law School, and certainly no MBA program. Students in all post-baccalaureate programs were treated like red-haired stepchildren because the lucrative donations tend to come from undergrad alumni. But Bent would never know any of this. The whole Princeton adventure is part of his fantasy world, spun from his cot in his mom's basement.

Princeton University does not offer an MBA and "Ben Dover" is a fiction. Set to IGNORE. Most people already realize this. I just wish readers would do the same for "Anonymous", whoever that is.
