First, let me remove a point for a possible argument here. I,m a black man who has to get up early every day and workout. If I don't, I get fat. Not big, just fat. Just like those fat, not big women. I,ve just celebrated my 53th birthday. According to the experts, I will drop dead at 55 from hypertension and high blood pressure. Buuuulllllshit!!!!!!! Oh yeah, one more point to remove. To the suprise and delight of my wife of 28yrs I cured my ED problem by running every other day. I had the fancey runing shoes already, I just used them for what they where designed for. Simple cure, no drugs needed. Just one more issue, Your body will only use the food it needs to fuction. the rest of the stuff is stored as fat. There is not other reason. You over eat, you get fat.
What I have a problem with here is the body image issue. Why are so many back women fat (78%)? Why are they so at ease with it?
To be fair here I must admit I feel we are the most blessed men on the planet when it comes to having the most shapley women. They don't need to pack on extra fat on their natural bone/muscle structure to look sexy.
I've also dealt with the being black and all the stress that goes along with it, argrument. So you need to over eat all of that useless fattening feel good food to feel better, but in fact are actually killing yourself. Been there done that. It wasn,t working for me either. Time to try some thing else.
Just one last thing. I'm not rich, so I don't have a fancy gym in my home. I don't have the exta money or time to deal with a fancy health club. I do have a clear space on the floor. I know how to do a push-up, I did spend 6.72$ at Wallmart to buy a jumprope. IF I can,t run I walk. The bottom line for everyone is simple,you get out of life what you put into it. It is much safer to build muscle on your backside than to poison it with junkfood and fat.
