    On what planet...

    ...you do AND Ms. Roth reside, Ms. Dickerson? Buffy is in no way obese--fat-assed, yes, but in no way Norbit's wife. As a black woman myself, I struggle with my weight, always hovering around a size 10. But, I wonder if, according to your standards, if my DD bra size would relegate me to your obese category. Ms. Dickerson, a fat-ass is not obesity any more than large breasts. (Quiet as kept, I happen to envy Ms. Buffy a little.) No matter the fortune, or lack thereof?, there is in black women's propensity toward large backsides, you need to learn a little appreciation for the beauty in our bodies--in all our shapes. Instead of bashing Buffy, be a more creative "journalist" and find a better way to deliver the message that Black people--as a whole--need to take better care of ourselves. (cuz black men are no better at taking care of their prostates as we are our waistlines) Oh, and a campaign for more open access to healthcare for blacks, Hispanics, and the poor wouldn't hurt either. You need to have a sit-down with Dr. Ian Smith....
