    But all it takes is everyone agreeing to ignore any anonymous posts.

    It's like "Prisoners' Dilemma" - we all need to make a pact to IGNORE the anonymous posters. They will either whither away or settle on a non-anonymous moniker in desperation for attention when nobody responds to them.
