    There is, of course, another rebuttal to the GOP's anti-elite meme, which is that it's the pot calling the kettle black.

    Could you possibly be more elite than sleazing your way through Yale and Harvard Business School as the idiot son of a former President, and being an heir a Connecticut family's old-money banking fortune?
