    Awesome!

    a proposal that will quickly restore the voting rights of most of Florida's felons as soon as they are released from prison.

    Their voting rights would be restored as they are released from prison. 9% of the voting age population. I lived in Florida and always thought he was a Democrat because he's a moderate Republican. When I heard he became governor, I thought Florida had a Democratic governor.
