  • one "problem" with McCain's brainwashing

    He's been worked over and brainwashed by the ultra-right wing of his party, and he knows the rules: if McCain wants a shot at the Oval Office, he will toe the line on every issue to the Conservative oligarchy's satisfaction.

    It seems from the initial article that McCain can't seem to remember what these positions are...although I guess he can just continue to say "whatever GW said" when asked.

    Should be interesting to see how this plays throughout the campaign, if the Dems fumble this ball they are being handed I officially give up.

    I agree! That's maybe even more troubling. Is it because the lobotomy was unsuccessful? The meds are wearing off? Or because he's getting senile, and therefore can't remember which position is "right"?

    I'll bet this is making certain republicans nervous too: what if he gets the job, can't remember to stick to the Agenda, but remains too mentally competent to oust completely? Will he go "hunting" with Cheney next March?
