  • The Obamateur

The Obamateur is small-time crook and a bigot like his many positively looney, uneducated and trashy supporters. Probably with a freezer of Republican cash somewhere since he insists on staying in the race long past the point where it became obvious he couldn't win any big delegate states besides Illinois. Since Obama's supposedly "liberals" are tolerant of the patent foaming-at-the mouth racism and hate that has defined the entire Obama "Hope" campaign on the ground level since South Carolina, in a way they would never EVER tolerate hate and racism from whites, then they in fact deserve this inexperienced Loser and his rabid road show of loser supporters.

If HRC rewards his trashy, uneducated,foaming-at-the-mouth campaign by putting him on her ticket instead of classy hispanics (that are actually willing to work) then I will not reward her for caving in to it either. And I know I'm not alone in these sentiments by far.

Any "movement" this ugly, that is designed to appeal to the absolute worst intensity of uneducated rabble in fact deserves to lose big.

Ironically, after what I've witnessed here and elsewhere it will actually make me feel BETTER about Americans should John McCain win in a landslide which I am convinced he will against Obama by an electoral math.

  • Clinton judgment

I'm probably banging my head against the wall by asking another question, but here goes:

Clinton has said that she and McCain are ready to cross the White House threshold and Obama is not. Now she is saying on the campaign trail that she would entertain Obama as Vice President.

Isn't it odd that she would pick an understudy for president that she has publicly called less qualified than the GOP candidate? Don't you think McCain might bring that up in the general if Clinton is the Democratic nominee?

  • hey look,

Special Ed Shawn is back, everybody favorite psychopath!

  • ShawnWM

You are pretty clearly projecting a flaw onto Obama that you yourself suffer.

I am normally reluctant to cry racism at a post, but seriously, that last post of yours belongs at a KKK rally, not on a liberal forum.

  • Oh an Shawn

considering that Obama's most consistent support has been from educated "elites", trying to make noises about the uneducated masses is a sign of you not knowing what the hell you are talking about.

  • Is the land deal as simple as the Obama's have said?

It has been reported that the Obama's paid the appraised value of the 10 foot wide strip to Rezko's wife. I am left wondering if simply pro-rating the appraised value is just too simple.

Can the now smaller neighboring lot be built on according to the applicable zoning laws? Is it now undersized and therefore will require a variance to be built? How complicated or expensive would that process be? Will the required yard setbacks necessitate that a new home on the lot be smaller than the typical homes in that neighborhood and so the land is actually worth less than the original purchase price minus the amount the Obama's paid to Rezko?

If it has become at all difficult to build on the remaining land, do the Obama's effectively get the benefit of having bought the entire parcel (no next door neighbor) without having to actually buy the entire lot? I'd feel better if somehow, the transaction made the remaining parcel more valuable to the Rezko's and then this is simply a good investment among friends. I can't help myself in asking these questions - I used to be a real estate appraiser, which we always called more art than science...

  • You are so transparent

Joe Conason, a Clinton shill has no credibility

  • Let Shawn Be Shawn

It came to me in a dream- well, a nightmare, really. Let Shawn spout on, that tool, that pawn, let him piss into the rising breeze, Hillary's Monica on his knees, allow him space to soil himself, and then go on and do something else with the already shortened day. Let the little prick have his way. love, tommy

  • The answer is obvious

If it has become at all difficult to build on the remaining land, do the Obama's effectively get the benefit of having bought the entire parcel (no next door neighbor) without having to actually buy the entire lot? I'd feel better if somehow, the transaction made the remaining parcel more valuable to the Rezko's and then this is simply a good investment among friends. If it wasn't advantageous for the Obamateur to bring indicted Resko into the matter he wouldn't have. What bothers me even more than that is the TIMING - at the time Resko was already an established fraud of the worst sorts under investigation where the Obamateur quite possibly would be called to testify.

Thus, it's not unreasonable to think that bribery may have be involved.

Given the ever more revealing shady history of the Obamateur, I would assume so in fact. The Obamateur in many ways is reminiscent of the governments of Africa that prey on their own people.

  • Yawning Fawning Shawn

    Bigot.

  • You really need to research more

Barack Obama HAS answered the Rezco questions. Check out Factcheck.org for an independent analasys. If you have more questions maybe you as a journalist should be asking them? Which questions has he not answered to your satisfaction?

The tax returns Hillary has refused to release are not the 2007 returns which anyone can understand may not be prepared yet, but what about 2006, 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002 and 2001? Those should have been done already and with a large staff should not be so hard to find.

The issue is not even what is in them but the idea that the Clintons first instict is to obstruct even when they have nothing to hide. Many of the made up scandals in the 90's would not have gained any traction except for this instict they have when challenged, to push back rather than simply answer the question.

After 7 years of the most secretive presidency in recent history, we should be aiming for MORE openness and transparancy so we can make sure that the mistakes of the last 7 years can never be repeated. If Hillary won't release her tax returns even though there is nothing to hide, will she open the records of what criminality went on in the Bush administration?
