Powell's destroyed reputation...
...is the fault of Colin Powell and no one else. He kept his mouth shut when he knew otherwise and he sat at the american table in the UN and knowingly lied to the world.
He bears as much responsibility for this invasion and the casualties as Bush and Cheney and for that I say that he's an american disgrace.
He has no reputation to restore or repair, he's a failure.
