Protesting is hard work.
but also lessons from the past. as the writer states, 'i do not believe that this is a revolution, however. people have seen what that brings.'
this affirms why it's important for the u.s. to sit this one out as much as possible. the iranian people deserve the achievement of bringing about change as a result of their own merits and efforts--a far greater beacon of light emitted than any the u.s. could muster.
What these folks need is the "Bill of Rights," the great gift the Founding Fathers gave to America and to the entire world.

Salon needs to do more on Iran. I find myself skipping Salon these days and going to the Huffington Post.
Because Obama is really 'cotton' with the the big boy Muslims of Iran who want to drop bombs on Israel and us....No one who deserves America's help is going to get any. Perhaps it's early to call a defeat with these words Remember the Fallen... A lot of things are not ended yet and Europe has not spoken yet..Oh, yes, I appologise. I forgot that Europe is a Muslim block now. THey gave their culture all away.
