    Is that less humane than the 567,000 Iraqi children under five who died as a result of Clinton's sanctions?

    If you view the video, by "it," Albright is referring to disarming Saddam.

    BTW, bin Laden cited those deaths in 1997 and said he would send Clinton "messages with no words" in response.
