I believe what Corker was attempting to do if he got agreement by the UAW, was to propose that language to the Bankruptcy judge as part of a structured bankruptcy. You notice that the MSM did not even mention that the failure was due to a filibuster. We need to start pointing out the obstructionist tactics. These are the leaders of the party of "NO".
